Private Label Rights content is content to which the purchaser buys most or all rights, so he can use the content in any way he pleases. A limit is usually set on the number of copies of the content which is sold. The number of copies can range anywhere from 200 copies upward.

PLR content may be articles, ebooks, or reports. Think of PLR as generic content, which the buyer can then edit and reuse. The benefit of PLR content to buyers is that it’s much less expensive than buying custom-written content.

Writers also benefit from PLR – you can make much more selling PLR content than you can make from content which is sold exclusively.
