2. You Can Get Better Paying Clients As Your Skills Increase

As you get better at writing, you can get better-paying clients. You’ll be writing for a larger audience, often sites and magazines with millions of readers.

A client’s ability to pay you usually depends on the income the client is generating from advertising. So if you’re writing for a client with a small Web site, you won’t get paid as much as you would for a client who owns a major site with millions of page views per month.

It’s up to you to find better paying clients. There are many ways to do this. Realize that you need to be proactive. It’s much easier to get better paying writing jobs than low-paid ones, but you need to be able to deliver great writing.

So do realize that writing articles is a skill, and as your skill improves, people are happy to pay you more, because your writing is worth it to them.
